Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer großen Kühl- und Gefrierkombi, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Waschtrockner. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen Deckenventilator, eine Couch, einen TV mit Kabelfernsehen und 200 Mbit Internetzugang über WLAN.

Der Int. Marketplace, die Bushaltestelle sind direkt vor der Tür und eine Mietwagenvermietung ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Strand sind es nur 5 Gehminuten.

The fully furnished room is equipped with a ceiling fan, sofabed (51x75 inch), closet (+hanger), desk and chair and has a key lock. You can use the fully equipped kitchen with a big fridge/freezer, microwaive, coffee machine, toaster and washer/dryer. The living room has a ceiling fan, couch, a LCD TV with Cable TV and you have fast 200 MBit access to our Wi-Fi.

The Int. Marketplace, the bus station and a car rental station are just 2 min. walk away. To the beach you need just 5 min. Our main tenant Sylvia is looking forward to meet you :)
