Food Server on Food Truck - PART TIME (approx. 20hrs per week), $12 per hour
Do you like to interact with people? Do you like to communicate? Are you friendly and service oriented? Can you count and are comfortable handling money?
We have a very unique food truck operating in Honolulu. We are selling German traditional soups and food. Your job is to sell the soups during lunch time. Check us out: http://deutschland808.com/
You should be. . .
• Reliable
• Honest
• Punctual -- on time (not on Hawaiian time)
You qualify for the job if you have. . .
• Sales experience,
• Service oriented and friendly attitude,
• Knowledge of food and sanitation.
Creativity and ideas to optimize the shopping and cooking processes are a plus. Your input is valued!
Your duties:
• Driving the food truck to the location,
• Reheat Brats, cut roles and prepare for sale,
• Selling soups and brats,
• Light cleaning after lunch sales,
Your schedule:
We know that you have to show up at the spot by 11am the latest. The earlier the better! It's all about the location. A good location will attract more people, which means more tips for you!
Sales usually start around 1130am. Lunch time ends around 2pm most of the days.
The soups will be delivered to the truck at 11am. You don't have to cook the soups.
Required:
• Driver's License with good driving record
A plus:
- You have cooked German food before.
- You speak German or have been to Germany
We pay well above minimum wage. Starting $12 hourly plus cash tips.
