Gerald "Gary" Madl was born and raised in Munich, Germany where he was a Naval Aviator before emigrating to California in 1994. He soon started his first company, a Fitness Equipment retail chain and commercial sales and consulting firm, which quickly grew into a multi-million dollar corporation. Shortly after selling the business he started a successful import and distribution company. When he and his wife were blessed with twins in 2009 they decided to sell the import business and move to the Big Island of Hawaii to raise their beautiful daughters. 

Gary brings his keen sense of business and resolute work ethic to assist his clients to be successful in selling and purchasing real estate. Gary envisions a "New Earth" in the field of real estate and investments. "Think Global - Act Local" and "Reduce, Re-use and Recycle" are not just some abstract slogans to Gary. He believes in succeeding in real estate where profits can be made in a smart and conscientious practice that helps others and protects our earth and its precious natural resources.
